AB Bank – Proshar SME Loan

An SME loan is a credit facility that can be extremely useful for SMEs to realize their full potential through appropriate funding. An SME loan would allow small business owners to ramp up their inventories even when cash flow is delayed.

Proshar is a SME loan for long term finance for infrastructure development /capacity building.

Purpose

It is a long-term finance for infrastructure development /capacity building etc.; i.e. term Loan for expansion & BMRE.

Determination of Limit

• Loan amount will be maximum 80% of the proposed additional investment/ expenditure

Repayment

• Through EMI: Moratorium period: maximum 6 (six) months

Loan Amount

• Maximum TK 500.00 lac

Tenor

• Maximum 5 (Five) years

Security and/or Collateral

• Hypothecation of stock and/or receivables
• Registered mortgage of land & buildings and/or Tripartite agreement for shop and/or business premises and/or any other collateral
